Position Purpose & Strategic Impact
This role sits at the intersection of supply chain strategy, digital modernization, and operational execution. The successful candidate will:

Provide analytical insight and solution recommendations for logistics, procurement, inventory, demand planning, and supplier management challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct supply chain diagnostics, workflow mapping, and maturity assessments across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution functions.

Lead requirements discovery sessions to gather business, operational, and system needs.

Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Support the development of solution architectures, vendor evaluations, and system integration roadmaps for platforms such as ERP, WMS, TMS, or demand-planning systems.

Develop process redesign recommendations and contribute to digital modernization initiatives.

Assist with procurement strategies, category analyses, sourcing frameworks, and risk assessments.

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Prepare client-facing materials including proposals, business cases, presentations, and operational handover documentation.

Essential Criteria
Candidates must demonstrate:

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Operations Planning, or Supply Chain Systems Implementation.

Experience working with mid-size or enterprise-level organizations, government agencies, or regulated environments.

Strong analytical and conceptual ability to break down complex supply chain issues and design structured solution pathways.

Ability to translate operational needs into technology, process, and data requirements.

Experience in one or more key areas: procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory optimization, supplier management, or demand planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, or related discipline.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including virtual and in-person presentations.
Desirable Criteria

Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Supply Chain, MEng, MIM, etc.).

Experience supporting digital transformation or modernization programs.

Exposure to ERP or supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, OTM, WMS/TMS platforms).

Understanding of data and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python—basic proficiency is a plus).
