This case study explores how RetailCo, a mid-sized retail chain, used data and AI to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and drive profitability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"969\">RetailCo operates 150 stores across three countries and faced rising operational costs, supply chain inefficiencies, poor forecasting accuracy, and declining customer retention.
