    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Lead Agile analytics engagements, including discovery sessions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Conduct business analysis activities to define data requirements, KPIs, reporting needs, and user journeys.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Develop analytical models, insights reports, and dashboard prototypes using modern BI and analytics tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Collaborate with data engineers and system integrators to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Interpret complex datasets and communicate clear, actionable insights to senior business and technology stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Support the development of data strategies, governance frameworks, and analytics-driven operating models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Contribute to solution designs for data platforms, cloud analytics, and performance measurement systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Prepare client-facing deliverables including presentations, impact assessments, and recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Essential Criteria<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Candidates must demonstrate:<\/p>\n

        5+ years of experience<\/strong> in Business Analytics, Agile Business Analysis, Data Consulting, BI Development, or similar roles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Ability to translate business questions into data requirements, KPIs, and analytical outputs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting large or complex datasets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Excellent communication skills with proven ability to engage senior stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
